Pon Pure WALK IN Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Trainee / Executive
- Provide support for desktop, laptops, TAB/Mobile & Applications
- On daily basis, handle IT Support tickets & ensure to meet the SLA
- On daily basis, obtain feedback from users regarding resolved tickets
- Perform desktop and laptop repairs and parts replacement
- Manage IT assets, including recording and tracking (hardware and accessories)
- Daily Report Physical verification (Datacenter & UPS rooms) and ticket summary (Handled & Resolved)
