Urgent: Anand Rathi Global Finance Jobs –Legal Officer Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and precedents. Analyze legal issues and provide insights to guide decision-making within the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure that they align with the organization’s interests and comply with legal requirements. Identify potential risks and propose modifications to protect the organization’s legal position.
