What You Will Be Doing As Client Servicing(Associate/ Sr Associate)
- Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. This involves understanding their needs, goals, and preferences, and working closely with them to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Client Communication: You will handle regular communication with clients, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. Clear and effective communication is essential to address inquiries, provide updates, discuss project requirements, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Account Management: You will manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring that deliverables and commitments are met on time and within budget. This may involve coordinating with internal teams, setting expectations, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of products or services.
- Needs Assessment: You will conduct thorough needs assessments and gather client feedback to understand their evolving requirements, challenges, and goals. This information helps in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with their needs.
