Walk-in Drive at Omega Healthcare – AR Caller / AR Associate Responsibilities
- Payment Collection: Contacting customers or clients to follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Invoice Processing: Verifying and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any issues related to billing, payments, or invoices.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving payment-related issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generating reports on accounts receivable status, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, and documenting all communication with customers for reference and audit purposes.
