- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the assigned region.
- Budgeting: Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of the regional budget. Ensure that expenditures are in line with the approved budget.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the Talent acquisition for the Business based on various parameters like manpower requirements, appropriate hiring mix to ensure timely acquisition of quality manpower at optimum cost. Formulate Induction Plan for all new joinees, ensure facilitation and review the same from time to time to create a smooth on-boarding experience & ensure a rapid transition to their new roles.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: Undertake analysis of Employee engagement survey, facilitate action planning and support execution on the basis of survey findings. Identify key focus areas for employee engagement and lead employee engagement, communication initiatives for the division (get-togethers/ other targeted interventions).
- Employee Benefits: Ensure benefits to employees as per Policy. Create awareness of HR policies applicable to employees and oversee policy execution, monitor adherence to processes & documentation and resolve escalated issues.
- Performance Management & Remuneration Review: Assist in the Performance Appraisal process in line with overall company schedule, drive Performance Appraisal Process survey, prepare promotion letters, salary fitments, Variable Pay Data and roll-out. Assist in yearly Remuneration Review process for the Business.
- HRMIS and statutory data reporting: Responsible for HRMIS for the Business and ensure compliance to internal systems & processes; Data reporting as per established timelines
