Job Responsibility For B2B Sales Role

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential business clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Build a pipeline of prospects to engage with.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis and consult with clients to understand their requirements. Present and demonstrate product/service offerings that align with their business objectives. Offer solutions that address their pain points and add value to their operations.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospects. Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure. Track and update sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
