What you will be doing as Operations/ Maintenance Engineer

Operations Engineer Role & responsibilities:

• Adherence to SOPs, IQCM and operations manual in day to day Terminal Operations (Tank farm, TWG, TT, PH, ETP, Control room, Jetty Operations, Fire PH) to meet safety & quality standards.
• Error free operations through terminal automation system & its regular monitoring for desired results.
• Documentation & capturing transactions in JDE, SAP & Stock reconciliation in JDE / SAP for various reports like Stock Loss Analysis etc. & record purpose.
• Ensuring Inspection & maintenance of Tank and Tank appurtenance is done, Housekeeping of terminal is maintained & Oil free operation are undertaken in line with various internal and external audit points.
• Being compliant towards IQCM/ Client standards for sampling & required work permits for execution of assigned job.
• Timely Inspection and calibration of Tank trucks, quarterly verification of bay flow meters.
• Working in co-ordination with colleagues, contractors (Sub & vendor) for timely completion of planned day to day activities.
• Achieve TT filling targets & safety, QC index to meet the operational goals of the Terminal.

Maintenance Engineer Role & responsibilities:

• Synergize corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans and strategies to deliver seamless asset management solutions.
• Review analyses and findings on trends, issues and historical failures.
• Review maintenance workflows and procedures detailing key maintenance activities and their priorities.
• Prepare summaries of condition monitoring and inspection reports for management.
• Estimate resources needed to implement preventive and/or predictive maintenance plans.
• Develop solutions to minimize or eliminate equipment or system malfunctions and/or to slow down deterioration rates.
• Oversee and approve the forecasted numbers of spares inventory estimated by maintenance officers pertaining to each equipment to eliminate shortages and minimize existing inventory.
• Work towards minimizing the lead time to purchase inventory to reduce the need for a high parts inventory.
• Leverage GAP analysis done using records of preventive and corrective maintenance to identify most frequently occurring breakdowns and critical spare parts required for each equipment to accurately forecast the inventory requirement.
• Interpret and maintain preventive maintenance workflows, procedures and practices to coordinate the execution of maintenance tasks in a safe and reliable manner.
• Perform process equipment and system troubleshooting and rectification.
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere to relevant HSE risk control measures when performing maintenance work.
• Interpret diagnostic and inspection results for corrective maintenance purposes.
• Identify locations of malfunctions or premature failures and establish possible causes of faults, malfunctions or premature failure of equipment and systems.
