What You Will Be Doing As ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded .
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time

Skills Required for ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statements. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting: Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Familiarity with accounting software and the ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and accuracy in dealing with numerical data, financial documents, and reports. The ability to spot errors or discrepancies and ensure precision in financial records.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw insights. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and provide financial recommendations.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. The ability to explain financial concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
