1. At least 3-5 of work experience in content writing or copywriter. 2. Worked as a journalist would be added advantage. 3. Strong experience of working with senior leaders with the ability to generate and communicate unique value propositions. An understanding of customers’ needs and how to meet those needs. Practices attentive and active listening and can accurately restate the opinions of others even he/ she disagrees. 4. Stellar planning and organizing skills, with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize amidst various sometimes conflicting priorities. Excellent team working skills, with proven contribution to team goals and objectives. 5. Speed, flexibility, and adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. 7. Journalism or PR background is required. Not just social media content writers. 8. Some social sector or associated sector background is preferred. 9. Ability to research diverse topics, upskill with the required knowledge about the domain and then write very high quality long-format content. 10. Good mature person with an ability to take responsibility and deliver with ownership. 11. Open to go out on the field and research, if needed. It would be seldom, but need to have openness.
