Torrent Pharma Walk in Interview – Roles & Responsibilities For Quality Control (Formulation)
- Sampling and Testing: Collecting samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established sampling plans. Performing various analytical tests using sophisticated instrumentation to verify the quality, purity, and potency of the formulations.
- Method Development and Validation: Developing and validating analytical methods for testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Ensuring that the methods are accurate, precise, and reproducible in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all testing activities, including test results, procedures, and equipment calibration records. Ensuring that documentation complies with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance Review: Reviewing and approving analytical data and test results to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Investigating and resolving any deviations or out-of-specification results in collaboration with Quality Assurance (QA) and other departments.
