WNS Walk-in Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Providing assistance and support to customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person. Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product or Service Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively assist customers. Being able to provide accurate information, explain features and benefits, and guide customers in making informed decisions.
  • Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving customer problems or issues. This involves active listening to understand the problem, analyzing the situation, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to higher-level support if necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This includes cultivating a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing customers by name, and developing rapport to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Order Processing and Management: Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery inquiries. Managing order processing systems, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill customer requests.

Chat Process -Sr. Associate Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers through chat platforms to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. This involves actively participating in chat conversations, understanding customer needs, and providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Chat Monitoring: Monitoring and managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency. Ensuring adherence to response time targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards set by the company.
  • Problem-solving: Identifying customer problems or issues through chat interactions and working towards effective resolutions. This includes actively listening to customer concerns, analyzing the situation, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to higher-level support if necessary.
  • Product or Service Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services offered to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively. Staying updated with the latest product updates, features, and promotions to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance.
