- Car Advisor :
- Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget in order to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the vehicles in the inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives to give customers a firsthand experience of the vehicles they are interested in.
- Pricing and Negotiation: Provide pricing information, negotiate deals, and assist with financing options, helping customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as contracts, invoices, and transfer documents, is accurately completed and processed in compliance with legal requirements.
- Sales Executive :
