INFOSYS Walkin Interview – Roles & Responsibilities For F&A PTP
- Invoicing: Generating invoices promptly and accurately based on sales orders, contract terms, and pricing agreements.
- Order Processing: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Credit Management: Assessing customers’ creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and managing credit terms to minimize financial risk and maximize cash flow.
- Billing Management: Managing billing cycles, ensuring timely invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies or disputes with customers.
- Collections: Monitoring accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments, and implementing collection strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Cash Application: Applying customer payments accurately to corresponding invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Account Reconciliation: Conducting regular reconciliations of accounts receivable, sales, and cash receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
