- To support and engage with Branch resources to acquire more customers through Bank channel
- Responsible for suggesting and encouraging regular recognition and reward initiatives to motivate the teams and boost sales
- Collaborate closely with the bank team, including Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and Channel employees, to enhance productivity in bank employees
- Guide the bank channel team to meet targets for branches and clusters, focusing on both collective as well as individual achievements
