Colgate Mega off campus Drive 2024 – Jr. Analyst – Procurement Ops Responsibilities
- Retrigger POs to the supplier if required.
- Review SC requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and Indirect Procurement to fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs.)
- Liaise with requesters and Indirect Procurement to drive spend through preferred suppliers and drive spend through Catalogs
- Process PO Changes as requested by Indirect Procurement
- Supervise PO replication errors from SRM to SAP and accurate any issues
- Monitor PO transmission errors (RZ20) between the Colgate and the Suppliers
- Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
- Manage Cart flow in compliance with Divisional Clip level and Auto flip requirements
