- Compliance Assessment: Conducting assessments and evaluations of internal control systems and processes to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements and other regulatory standards.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identifying key risks within business processes, systems, and controls, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. This may involve reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and performing risk assessments.
