Responsibilities
Order Team:
- Resolve stock-related, licensing, and miscellaneous support tickets.
- Serve as a backup for the Order Processing team during periods of low OS pool volume.
- Handle sample order processing.
- Update Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks during the off-peak season.
- Contribute to reporting tasks and project work.
Pre-Order Team:
- Prepare and share pricing quotes using available tools and resources.
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to other teams to address order issues and enhance the licensing experience within Fresh Prints.
- Respond to Campus Managers’ inquiries regarding timelines and licensing-related matters.
- Perform order checks, data entry for reporting, and Shopify/group order reviews.
- Assign schools when proof is submitted directly by clients.
- Upload proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses.
Essential Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Operations or Logistics (open to fresh graduates with strong potential).
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Capable of handling complex tasks within tight deadlines.
- Confident in making independent decisions without direct supervision.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
