Key Responsibilities for Operations Executive
- Conduct joining formalities and ensure that the onboarding process for all workers is completed.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Inform workers on policies, work and safety expectations from the company.
- Complete the process for the yield and update the system for payroll.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Ensure that target hiring with third party manpower vendors is met.
- Work with HR and operations teams to ensure a proper manpower demand with low attrition.
- Complete the vendor negotiations for contracts and continue to manage vendor performance in relation to SLAs and compliance.
