Freshwork off Campus Recruitment 2023 –Analyst – Sales Commission Responsibilities
- Be part of the team which provides support for all sales segments, regions and channels i.e. both direct and indirect
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions through Sales Commission software tools for multiple business units according to compensation plans and internal policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner
- Partner with cross functional teams to onboard sales new hires, manage role changes, quota, and build and route compensation plans via Sales Commission software tools
- Research and resolve attainment and commission questions, including calculating and processing adjustments for commissions
- Work with sales management, Finance and revenue operations on design and implementation of new sales plans

Analyst – Deal Desk Responsibilities
- Review of contract responses received from customers and liaise with various stakeholders within the organization (ex: legal, finance, security, product, etc.) for business friendly resolution.
- Negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers/Sales (calls/emails)
- Funnel feedback from customers and the region on industry standards and best practices
- Build custom pricing models where needed.
- Discount assessments/approvals.
- Governance of signed customer contracts
- Ensuring compliance with Freshworks’ compliance and information security guidelines
