Capri Global Walk-in – Roles & Responsibilities For BM , RM & ABM
- Should be able to manage overall responsibilities including customer expectations, identifying new business markets and recording customer requirements.
- Ability to understand customer’s need, explain various products and convince them about the product offerings.
- Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
- Resolving Customer issues and queries.
