  • Medical Billing Associate:
  • Review and analyze patient medical records, insurance claims, and invoices.
  • Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and billing codes for accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit insurance claims and invoices to insurance companies and patients.
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with insurance companies and patients.
  • Senior AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller):
  • Initiate contact with insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, including coding issues and insurance verification.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with patients and insurance providers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken to resolve outstanding AR.
  • Denial Management Specialist:
  • Investigate and analyze denied insurance claims to determine the cause of denials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to appeal and resolve denied claims.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to gather additional information and documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of denial appeals and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the billing and coding teams to prevent future denials.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on denial trends to improve the billing process.
  • . Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, from patient registration to claims submission and payment posting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance revenue cycle performance.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including billing, coding, and finance, to streamline RCM processes.
