  • Handle incoming sales orders and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as logistics and inventory to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
  • Communicate order status, shipment details, and any relevant information to customers in a professional and timely manner.
