• Developing a fundamental understanding of the respective research practice; have accountability and responsibility for a book of complex clients by facilitating interactions between GLG Network Members (experts) and our clients. This involves fulfilling time-sensitive requests through building and qualifying primary populations of relevant experts.
• Participating in thoughtful background research on your clients’ product portfolios to support thought partnership initiatives and proactive outreach planning.
• Serving as a resource with excellent knowledge about the Life Sciences sector to help scope and pitch beyond-the-call engagements, including surveys, strategic projects, events, and other in-depth engagements.
• Demonstrating excellent communication, good judgment, effective collaboration, and account/client ownership skills.
• Delivering world-class client service marked by high levels of responsiveness, accuracy, insight, attention to detail, professionalism, follow-through, enthusiasm.
• Developing and implementing account management strategies, in close collaboration with the business unit team to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.

• Fulfilling time-sensitive research requests delegated by senior team members on behalf of GLG clients by analyzing client requests, and building and qualifying primary populations of topical and relevant experts
• Learning GLG’s underlying business processes and assisting senior team members with high-level project execution, and developing a fundamental understanding of the respective research practice
• Assisting senior team members with high-level service fulfilment across a range of GLG products
• Develop a working knowledge of various industries to improve project and product service quality
