Walk-in Drive at HCLTech – WFM Analyst Responsibilities
- Forecasting and Planning: Utilize historical data, trends, and business inputs to forecast work volume, staffing requirements, and resource needs for various departments or teams. Develop and maintain accurate workforce management plans and schedules.
- Schedule Optimization: Create and optimize employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal resource utilization. Consider factors such as skills, availability, productivity targets, and business requirements.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor and track real-time performance metrics such as call volume, average handle time, and adherence to schedule. Identify deviations from planned activities and take necessary actions to address service level gaps or staffing issues.
- Data Analysis: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate reports and provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, service levels, and staffing efficiency.
- Forecast Accuracy Evaluation: Assess the accuracy of workforce forecasts and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze discrepancies between actual and projected results, and recommend adjustments to forecasting models or strategies.
