Walk-in Drive at Genpact – AP/R2R/Cash Applications/Collections Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP):
- Processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handling vendor inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Preparing and processing payment runs, such as checks, wire transfers, or ACH payments.
- Record to Report (R2R):
- Performing month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Cash Applications:
- Applying customer payments to their respective accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in payment information.
- Reconciling cash application records with bank statements.
- Collections:
- Contacting customers with overdue payments to remind them of outstanding invoices.
- Negotiating payment arrangements and terms with customers.
- Investigating and resolving payment disputes or issues.
- General Responsibilities:
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet department goals and targets.
