Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Understand the client’s needs and project details to make sure everything is on track.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the client’s quality expectations.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of claims and verify eligibility.
- Document any claim denials and take the necessary actions.
- Contact insurance carriers based on client appointments to get updates on unpaid claims.
- Work through outstanding claims reports or AR reports from the client or their system.
- Be open to working on different voice-based processes, depending on the need (like insurance follow-ups, patient calls, or provider outreach).
- Keep track of your daily activities and maintain logs.
- Hit your targets and complete tasks quickly and accurately according to client SLAs.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and make things happen together.
- Help your teammates when needed to ensure everyone succeeds.
- Follow Medusind’s Information Security Policy and stick to the client’s guidelines, business rules, and quality standards.

- Good communication skill in English
- 1+ year experience in US AR Calling experience
- Experience in medical billing & accounts receivables in US healthcare
- Comfortable to work in night shift
- Preferably having knowledge of Denial Management.
