Job Responsibilities for AR Caller:
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups with patients and insurance companies.
- Telephone Providers for Claim Status, Payment status
- Pursue denied, rejected or canceled medical claims.
- Find claim problems and take action to resolve them!!
- Interact with insurance companies and healthcare teams in a professional manner
- Achieve the set daily targets on production, quality and collections.
- Follow-up on aging open accounts and claims that were not paid in a timely manner.
