- Manage required amounts of inbound and outbound calls basis the daily call volume in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in Insurance Industry
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices and Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- A good understanding of working with KPIs and their basic calculation.
- Willing to work for 6 days a week and with 9:00 AM 6:00 PM shifts.
- University/college degree is required.
