- Translate user stories into a good design, adhering to Bayer software guidelines and reference architecture.
- Collaborate with other developers, project/product managers, business analysts and designers to identify requirements, define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Design, develop and maintain the software solutions using the approved LCNC platforms.
- Implement a good user experience following the UI/UX guidelines specific by the organization and as per needs of the business designers.
- Testing the solutions that you have built and ensuring minimal bugs gets to the production environments.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify issues, provide technical support, and provide bug fixes as and when required.
- Create and maintain documentation of the solutions that have been built, including the various configurations that are required to deploy the components.
- Keep yourself up to date with the latest in LCNC space and propose tools and/or methodologies that can improve the quality of deliverables or productivity of the team.
