Reporting:

• Consolidates and distributes sales reports for repetitive and well-documented tasks with limited supervision.
• Gathers and consolidates data using existing templates for forecasting input.

System Administration:

• Performs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
• Periodically reviews user-entered data on systems to ensure completeness under limited supervision.

Data Analyses (Internal & External):

• Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses using external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.).
• Researches assigned opportunities through secondary research and shares findings.
• Compiles competitive data from various resources with limited supervision.
• Performs internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) for well-documented tasks.

Accounting Associate Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares basic journal entries for financial reporting purposes.
• Compiles, consolidates, and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information.
• Prepares tables, charts, and exhibits for financial reports and presentations.
• Assists with monthly and annual account reconciliations, including accounts payable and prepaid expenses.
