Roles and Responsibilities For OTC ( Order to cash)
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, support, and execute relevant stages of a Order to Cash Transactions.
- Assist in development of root cause analysis to facilitate corrective actions and reduce inaccuracy, also support business lines in resolution and escalations
- Timely execute and monitor the business line requests and queries with accuracy.
- Support business lines to manage end to end setup process based on terms and conditions mentioned in the request forms.
Roles and Responsibilities For AR Callers
- Develop goals that aim for heightened reimbursement while simultaneously decreasing claim denials, and institute those goals.
- Identify the specific reasons that lead to a claim denial, investigate the cause, and assess for recurring trends.
- Oversee the workflow Denied Claims Issues have with outside Insurance Relations, Providers, and other departments within the healthcare system.
- Gather documents, compile, and draft the appeal for the denied claim along with all other relevant materials that support the claim.
- Ensure accurate recording of activities alongside denial management and the results generated from them.
- Monitor, track the appeal’s progress, and pursue further questioning if deemed necessary.
- Update managers consistently regarding the trends identified for denial rate, success rate on appeal, and other significant factors.
- Explore and look at the subject matter of payer policies industry for change, and strategize how those changes would be effective.
