HSBC off Campus Drive 2023–Software Engineer Responsibilities
- The role is responsible to undertake activities on Design and Development (CTB) as well as Production Processing Support (RTB) fronts.
- Provide support across the end-to-end delivery, utilizing the skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and Production Deployment (Change Management Principles) activities with the ability to move between these according to demand.
- Ensure all data and processes management aspects are considered in the development cycle. Change and Execution Backout capability, Housekeeping, Data Retention, Disposal and Archival configuration, etc.
- Create robust technical design and a strategy for development of new components to meet requirements and create automated processes to ensure quality code and data.
- Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement. Also, should be aware of the various code scanning tools and processes, findings and provide meaningful remediation solutions.
- Ensure the service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered. Actively participate in and drive the mandatory exercises from time to time on resilience, recovery, and service management
