- Work with other developers to ensure that the design system components are met the required UI standards.
- Work and execute project deliverables using agile methodology.
- Work with PO, technical lead, and architect to review and get sign off on the code and implement improvements.
- Validate and test the components against the UX design and UI standards.
- Build UI components for Blocks Design System.
- Perform testing and debugging on the developed code.
- Fix bugs and perform cross browser compatibility test.
- Prepare documentation for the change log and migration guide.

- 2-3 years of experience in UI frontend development and working knowledge in Design System development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Sound knowledge on JavaScript (ES5 and ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS and Typescript
- Proficient in Web Components and Reusable components development
- Experience with popular JavaScript libraries such as Lit-Elements, React, Angular
- Demonstrable experience of unit and end-to-end testing using tools like Jest, Cypress/Protractor
- Deep understanding of commonly used libraries Chart.js, date-fns.js and Floating-UI
- Good knowledge on build tools like Nrwl Nx, Webpack, Yarn, vite
- Experience with NodeJS, Express, NextJS, Storybook and Design System development would be an added advantage.
