Walk-in Drive at Mufin Group – Collection Telecaller Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Making proactive outbound calls to customers with overdue payments to remind them of their outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Payment Negotiation: Negotiating payment terms with customers to establish feasible repayment plans or settlements based on their financial situations.
- Customer Service: Providing courteous and empathetic customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding their accounts, payments, or billing issues.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and agreements made during the collection process.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies governing debt collection practices, including adherence to ethical standards and customer privacy laws.
