- Receiving and reviewing invoices from vendors for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and verifying goods or services received.
- Accurately entering invoice details, such as vendor information, invoice number, date, amounts, and payment terms, into the accounting system.

- Receiving and recording payments from customers through various payment methods, such as checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments.
- Contacting customers regarding overdue payments, sending reminders, and initiating collection efforts.
- Communicating professionally and diplomatically to resolve payment disputes and facilitate timely payments.
- Evaluating the creditworthiness of new customers and setting credit limits.
- Monitoring and managing credit terms for existing customers to minimize credit risk.
