Emerson Mega off Campus Drive 2023 – Technical Inside sales Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of process instrumentation such as Discrete Automation portfolio.
- Knowledge of Oracle quote module system (but not crucial).
- Become familiar with all administrative functions such as quotes, pricing, company procedures, reporting, etc…
- Develop basic selling skills through formal sales training courses and by assisting field sales personnel and distributors.
- Become familiar with trade compliance rules and regulations.
- Quote & negotiate follow-on contracts and provide technical support to Middle East & Africa region.
- Manage team works internal groups where required to ensure professional business relationships with customers (Sales, Customer Service & other Emerson locations.)
- Exercise good business judgement and discretion when contributing company contractually within established policy guidelines
- Collect product application information and self-study material.
- Provide application support to field sales personnel and other staff.
