- Conduct random Quality Control audits of FactSet collected content. Improved data quality. Identify any errors in the collected content and classify appropriately.
- Provide root cause analysis and feedback on errors found during audits to Research Analysts. Improved data quality. Feedback provided helps Analysts avoid making future errors.
- Perform research and analysis as part of special projects to cleanse data sets of detected errors. Improved data quality. Identify, escalate, or correct errors as part of the special project.
- Participate in training/testing to build knowledge and skills working with Content sets as well as Quality/Process Improvement methods. Improved knowledge and understanding of Content as well as Content Processes enables ACQS to better identify errors and areas for process improvement.
