Cushman & Wakefield Recruitment – Roles & Responsibilities For Executive

  1. Conversion of PR’s in PO’s as per approved process & instructions.
  2. Timely renewal of contracts/agreements.
  3. Follow ups for material/services deliveries.
  4. Update the Trackers / MIS. Preparation of reports in Excel sheet.
  5. Documentation & data management as per internal processes & instructions.
  6. Manage & track for road permit.
  7. Coordination with user team, legal, taxation, finance and other teams.
  8. Supplier reconciliations, open PO review etc.
  9. Special projects as assigned from time to time.
  10. End to end Procurement activities  
  11. Ensure proper documentation i.e. Transactions are backed with proper approvals / validations 
  12. Query resolutions e.g. from Finance RFI or taxation related etc. 
  13. Issuance of road permits and ensure the same are returned back as per compliance requirement
