  • Calendar Management: Managing and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Ensuring optimal time management and coordination of various commitments.
  • Travel and Itinerary Management: Making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives. Developing detailed itineraries and handling logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of executives, including email correspondence, phone calls, and written communication. Managing and prioritizing messages, drafting and editing documents, and preparing presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and logistics of meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and organizing meeting spaces. Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues. Acting as a liaison between executives and various parties, representing them professionally and effectively.
