Trane Technologies Recruitment 2024 – Roles & Responsibilities For Record to Report Business System Analyst / Post Graduate Engineer Trainee

  • System Analysis and Design: Analyzing existing Record to Report (R2R) processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline and optimize the end-to-end R2R workflow.
  • Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements for R2R processes, documenting user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide system development and implementation.
  • System Implementation and Integration: Assisting in the implementation of R2R systems or software solutions, configuring system settings, and integrating with existing enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or financial systems.
  • User Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the R2R systems and tools. This may involve conducting training sessions, creating user manuals, and offering ongoing assistance to address user queries or issues.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance: Continuously monitoring R2R processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and compliance enhancements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
