What You Will Be Doing As Performance Management – Process Specialist – Senior Analyst

• Executes the end-to-end PM lifecycle for the assigned FSS business group, including, but not limited to, Check-Ins, Pulse Surveys, Performance Snapshots, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Low Performers, etc.
• Utilizes standard materials where possible to provide a consistent experience to the assigned FSS business group
• Troubleshoots process issues and provides solutions
• Partners with PM Team on identifying process efficiencies
• Shares best practices with other PM Specialists and Managers to continue to improve the PM processes and gain efficiencies

Skills Required for Performance Management – Process Specialist – Senior Analyst

• Performance Management Knowledge: A strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices is essential. This includes knowledge of goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback mechanisms, performance improvement plans, and performance metrics.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis is crucial for assessing and interpreting performance data. This involves gathering and analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights from the data. Skills in Excel, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools can be beneficial.
• Process Design and Improvement: Experience in process design and improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, can be valuable. The ability to evaluate existing performance management processes, identify inefficiencies or gaps, and propose and implement process enhancements is important.
