What You Will Be Doing As Reservations Executive

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is essential in your role. You would interact with customers, travel agents, or corporate clients to assist with their reservation inquiries, provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities, and handle any special requests or preferences.
  • Reservation Management: Managing the entire reservation process is a key aspect of your role. This includes receiving reservation requests, entering and updating reservations in the system, checking room availability, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers or relevant parties.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once a reservation is made, you would be responsible for sending booking confirmations to customers, travel agents, or corporate clients. This involves providing detailed information about the reservation, including dates, room types, rates, and any special instructions.
  • Room Allocation and Inventory Management: Coordinating with the front desk or housekeeping departments, you would assist in allocating rooms based on guest preferences, special requests, and availability. Additionally, you would monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.

What You Will Be Doing As Guest Relation Agent

  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcoming guests upon their arrival, assisting with the check-in process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-out experience are key responsibilities. This includes verifying guest reservations, providing room keys, explaining hotel facilities and services, and addressing any questions or concerns.

You may assist with arranging tours, tickets, or special experiences to enhance the guest’s stay.

What You Will Be Doing As Sales Executive – Reactive Sales
