Walk-in Drive at Sodexo – R2R & O2C Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. This includes journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, which is the central repository of all financial data. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of ledger accounts.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, such as reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and generating financial reports.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile various accounts, including bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany accounts, to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Fixed Asset Accounting: Track and manage the organization’s fixed assets, including recording acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and distribute financial statements, reports, and performance analysis to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement.
