BA/BS in information science, information design, computer science, related field, or equivalent industry experience. 2. 2+ years of experience in an accessibility related field. 3. Understanding of WCAG 2.1 (AA) guidelines. 4. Good level understanding of assistive technologies and accessibility-related software including JAWS® and NVDA and automated testing tools. 5. Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar for logging and tracking bugs. 6. Demonstrated success facilitating testing efforts across multi-disciplinary teams. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interfacing with high level stakeholders. 8. Strong ability to influence and be able to effectively deal with ambiguous situations and make decisions. Requirements For Junior Accessibility Tester: 1. Conduct Accessibility testing on assigned products and report all defects pertaining to WCAG violations. 2. Demonstrate testing proficiency and meet productivity and quality benchmarks. 3. Demonstrates clear understanding of accessibility testing methods, tools and applications 4. Collaborate and communicate closely with key stakeholders in Design, Product Management, and Product Engineering to support testing efforts throughout the product development lifecycle. 5. Collaborate with the Testing Lead to guarantee on-time completion, precision, and alignment with expectations for all testing requests. |
