- Technical Assistance: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing issues with desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software, including operating systems, drivers, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and security.
