What You Will Be Doing As Systems Reporting & Support Analyst -I 

• You will report to Manager Systems Administration to contribute toward Enterprise support office Team
• You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Architects to understand reporting requirements
• You will use your experience to extract, transform multiple data from different sources and Development of reporting in Power BI
• Collect and analyse transaction data from a variety of imperfect data sources to ensure breadth, depth and quality of reporting information. Design data solutions to include intermediate reports, analytics, dashboards, scorecards and other BI solutions
• Produce Measurements through data analysis to assist company in making important decisions, supporting closed-loop feedback process which ensures and validates quality and production effectiveness
• Design and construct resuable report parts and templates. Evaluate latest tools and techniques for information delivery. Analyse the results, reconcile and implement data solutions. Construct and build intermediate database queries shared across multiple reports
• Work with teams to understand business problems and opportunities, gather requirements, and define Indicators as it relates to data mining and data reporting and develop appropriate data solutions

Skills Required for Systems Reporting & Support Analyst -I 

• Reporting and Data Analysis: Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data using reporting tools or business intelligence (BI) platforms. This includes understanding data structures, data modeling, and using SQL or other query languages to extract and manipulate data.
• Technical Support: Ability to provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to reporting systems. This may involve diagnosing and resolving software or database-related issues, providing user training, and ensuring system availability and performance.
• Reporting Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with reporting tools and technologies commonly used in the industry, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or similar platforms. Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation is beneficial.
• Data Management and Governance: Understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data governance, and data security. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is also important.
