What You Will Be Doing As Assistant Manager – Indirect Taxation

• Maintain proper records, coordinate with various departments and ensure all the assessment and appeals are closed within the due timelines.
• Coordinate with advocates and consultants on various tax matters.
• Ensure compliance of routine statutory activities, such as reply to notices, audit points and queries.
• Prepare audit schedules for Indirect Tax matters
• Maintain Books of Accounts for Indirect Tax audits and assessments.
• Provide support the GST team on Compliances for various states
• Support various reconciliations for Books of Accounts and GST returns.
• Prepare in-house returns and support other reporting obligations; monthly tax MIS reporting and month end closures
• Regularly track and update amendments in GST provisions and ensure compliance of various amendments.
• Provide suggestions for tax planning and compliances

What You Will Be Doing As Senior Executive Fixed Assets

• Asset Code Creation and retirement
• Approval matrix updation in Internal Assetrak software
• Monitoring & Facilitating transfer of assets
• Life updation of Fixed assets in SAP
• Tracking of Assets location at vendor location & Monitoring retirement of assets across locations
• Audit coordination, physical verification of assets & assets tagging across locations
• Coordination with teams for capital payments
• Journal entry posting
• Capital work-in-progress review
• Coordination for Month end and Year end closure of entries
• Coordination with Internal teams for asset related queries

What You Will Be Doing As Business Manager

• Ensure the achievement of the goals for wholesales and retail, profitability and growth of the markets for motorcycle and non motorcycle business
• Develop and implement new market entry in the region.
• Provide data for all reports as needed including market and competition data, performance of identified competition models, promotions and the Sales Funnel metrics for our models.
• Support generation and management of leads, including the process ownership for conversion
• Help develop customer personas for each model to improve targeting of marketing activities
• Ensure that there is continuous interaction with customers on an ongoing basis with the help of the marketing teams.
• Motorcycles demand analysis, forecast, stock and orders control
• Implement brand and service guidelines in the markets at all customer touchpoints(offline and online)
• Work with the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans for the region
• Establish a healthy and long term relationship with our distributor partners
• Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
• Notification of the deviations of the distributors according to the rules and procedures established by the agreement

• Good understanding of target audiences and the insightful triggers & barriers that govern their usage/purchase behavior
• Proven ability to develop new markets and marketing strategies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
