Walk-in Drive at WNS–Sr Associate / Associate Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Senior Associates and Associates often work directly with clients, building and maintaining relationships, understanding their needs, and providing support and assistance as required.
- Project Execution: They are responsible for contributing to the execution of projects, assignments, or cases. This may involve conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports or deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Senior Associates and Associates work closely with team members and managers to complete tasks and achieve project objectives. They may collaborate on various aspects of a project or support more senior team members in their roles.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research, gathering information, and analyzing data to support decision-making, problem-solving, or project outcomes.
Walk-in Drive at WNS -Skills Required
- knowledge on Fares/ PRA/ CRA/ GDS/ Amadeus platform will be an added advantage.
- booking reservations, cancellation of reservations, fare calculations will be added advantage.
- Should be able to maintain the highest level of quality and achieving team targets as per the
