- Approval, validation, and application of customer credits, discounts, billing etc., with a keen focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency.
- Uses data analytics to derive insights to streamline and optimize policy, process and systems optimization opportunities which increase compliance controls; increase overall process velocity; reduces costs and improves the experiences for our Cloud customers/partners.
- Manage the process for dormant subscription management, cancellation of invoices and other related activities.
- Support critical pre- & post-sales cloud issues and escalations to resolution across stakeholders.
- Work closely with Colleagues and Vendors to drive alignment across all dependent and joint groups to ensure a holistic “One Microsoft” approach.
