- User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person. Assist users with hardware and software problems, network issues, and other IT-related concerns.

- Demonstrate good, relevant land contamination/brownfield land experience in Phase 1 Desk Studies.
- Knowledge and technical understanding of conceptual site models and generic level risk assessments for soils and waters. Experience working for UK will be preferable either in an excellence centre or in the region.
